i am new here so please bare with me. i have just updated the firmware on my dj console mk4 with the latest ventura release. the problem is it seems to ahve only gone as far as v21 for the firmware. is there a any way i can get the file for v22? i have tried the updater but after the 1st upgrade it will no longer open on my mac air m2. can anyone help?

Please precise if you have access to another computer (and what is the OS on this other computer) to check if the eeprom in the MK4 is bricked or not?
If the firmware upgrade process has crashed during a firmware upgrade, the eeprom contents is probably bricked and you need
- an eeprom burner (CH341A based for example),
- remove the eeprom from DJConsole MK4 USB printed cricuit board
- install the eeprom on the eeprom burner
- use a computer to program the eeprom on the eeprom burner with the firmware V22 bin file I can send you
- re-install the eeprom on DJConsole MK4
- and check if it works.
But the first point is to test on another computer, to know whether
- the eeprom is bricked (and then you have to repgram the eeprom)
- or if the firmware is simply old, and then using a USB hub powered with a power adapter should be sufficient to upgrade the firmware on this other computer.

The console mk4 has not bricked and is working with v21 firmware. Updated via the auto updater using my Mac air m2. Can you send me the v22 bin file and I can update the mk4 via the manual updater.

If you can update it with the firmware updater, it is not a .bin file, but a dja file.
You can download it from here (I post it in an public message as it is a public file since you install it if you install the Windows driver package).
