hello everyone!! as i say at the title, i have the cd (and th dh consule mk2) but i dont have the envelope with the serial number.. now what??

Hello,
You can contact Hercules tech support here by email or here by phone and, with a buying proof of the Mk2, ask for a new serial number (once you have the serial number, you can download the software).
