headphones did not work _traktor pro hercules rmx

1) precise your configuration 
- mac or pc
- which operating system version (detail the complete version as "windows xp sp3" or "mac os 10.5.7"
- if you are in windows, are you in asio or in wdm
- what are your dj console rmx drivers (is it “hercules dj console series - 2009_hdjs_2 package” for windows or “mac os x driver package for dj console series - version 1.36”)

2) have you set in traktor pro - audio setup, output routing as described on page 2 of the help files "rmx-traktor_pro_config_pc.pdf" and "rmx-traktor_pro_config_mac.pdf" which are compressed in the file tp_dj_rmx.zip you can download for traktor pro on the site http://ts.hercules.com (direct link ftp://ftp.hercules.com/sound/tdjs/current/tp_dj_rmx.zip )?
- the dj console rmx output 3 as left output monitor in traktor pro
- the dj console rmx output 4 as right output monitor in traktor pro?

i have the same problem when i set up my rmx controller on my pc. did we miss a setup step or are we just not that clever?
i am a pro dj just now tuning into the world of virtual djing. please help.
