i use traktor scrtach pro 2 and instinct but when i want to browse tracks or change loop it jumps to 3 not 1 pleasee heelp

You would get more answer if you gave a more detailed information on
- what you want to do
- and what you cannot do,
- in which Traktor Scratch Pro 2 version,
- with which map.
With the map file here in Traktor Pro 2.6.5 (Map for Windows DJ_Instinct_TP2_v250(PC).tsi), I can browse within the tracks with the following controls:
- Move slowly in the track : DJControl Instinct jog wheel rotation, pressed down
- Move fast in the track: DJControl Instinct keys rewind and fast forward
- Move fast in the library: DJControl Instinct key Up (or Key Down) kept pressed down
To change loops
- Enter in Loop mode with DJControl Instinct Mode button
- Loop mode on = Loop in red on the screen (on DJControl Instinct)
- Button 1 = Automatic Loop = enter in a loop (whose length is the length of the last activated loop)
- Button 3 = Divide the loop length by 2
- Button 4 = Double the loop length.
