hello new here and have issues

hi name is david my dj/producer name is bewilderingbeats and well.... i got 1 issue.. and its pretty major... if anyone can help.

all presets, and edits i make and say ok to.. all the hot cues are all good everything works great.. only problem is.. after i unplugged my inpulse 300 and then go to plug it back in... some of the hot cues saved.. but thats it.  no settings saved at all

and my playlist i made doesnt save.. i have to keep putting back in the same songs.. and i cant even color code any of the pads.
