i just entered my serial number and this error message popped up. "the controller has not been dectected please plug in the controller and start virtualdj again". what does that mean?

was your dj console installed and connected when you launched virtual dj ?
if so, is the dj control panel accessible ( in the taskbar, near the clock) ?
can you provide us with more information about the computer you are using (windows ? osx ? ) and which dj product you have ?
