help!!!

please tell me how to create a shift key in hercules dj control instinct with virtual dj for fx parameter with the jog wheels... help me i m in a emergency... jst recently got one... yesterday...

Let's first start with the obvious:

Was your DJ Console installed and connected when you launched Virtual DJ ?

If so, is the DJ control panel accessible ( in the taskbar, near the clock) ?

Can you provide us with more information about the computer you are using (Windows ?  OSX ? ) and which DJ product you have ?
