hi, i ve bought a 4-mx console, when i connect it to my pc (windows 7) , this can not find drivers tht i had installed with hercules cd. so i have a red cross on hercules icon and my console not work, ive tried to use news drivers on official site but nothin, ive used other usb doors, i setted console on my friends windows 7 and it work! so is my pc. . . i ve formatted my pc but nothing, it still not work... this is a screen :

Did you try following every steps of this procedure to isntall the console on your computer ?

Are you using a standard version of Windows ?
I ask the question because we've had a problem with an Italian customer recently who could not install his console, only to find out he was using a heavily modified version of Windows 7 that was very popular in Italy.
yes i ve followed every steps. my windows version is : windows 7 home premium, i ve not modified my operative system, i ve just formatted my pc...
Did you notice any error messages during the installation process ?
Beside the 4-Mx components, are there any other problematic devices in Device Manager (with a yellow ! next to them) ?

If other important components of your computer are not installed correctly, it could explain why the 4-Mx is not properly detected.

You don't have USB 3.0 ports. They did not appear in your screenshot of the Device Manager.
Would it be possible to install the 4-mx to your friend's computer again and provide us with the information of the About tab of the DJ Control panel ?
What is the model of your computer ? Is this a desktop of a laptop computer ?
