help midi windows doesnt work!

hello everyone!
i bought hercules control air
1. i installed drivers on my windows 7 pc (i connect controller while installing)
2. i installed  djuced 40.
3. i connected midi and launched djuced

but my controller didnt light up at all!
i heared a sound of sucсessful connection, but windows couldnt recognize my controller.
therefore djuced wrote "dj controller not present. demo version for 30 mins."
but controller didnt controll anything (even volume line)

p.s. i am sorry for my unprofessional question, but i am just learning

please, can you suggest me something!!!!
