hello, i am a new user of hercules or controller for any sort, currently i am using
a. hercules dj 4 set with a
b. 2009 mbp, and default
c. virtual dj le from the box
d. hk bluetooth onyx studio
my question is:
do i need to buy a soundcard for this to function? do i need to buy an upgrade version of le? what is the right setting in the audio config? do i need to use non bluetooth speakers?

The standard and simple use of the user interface built in DJ 4Set is to connect:
- the speakers to the mix/master output on DJ 4Set rear panel
- the headphones to the headphones output on DJ 4Sdet front panel.
Combining
- bluetooth speakers for the audience
- and wired headphones for the DeeJay
is more complicated, but it is still possible on Mac OS when you follow the process described here.
