help please no sound from my laptop

hi just got my herc air and sound on head phones but non from my lap top no company phone number any one klnow how to fix so dissapointed should all work out the box they said.

I guess you haven't consulted the user manual and Quick start guide ?

thank you i finaly twiged id not put speakers in to back of air had them conected to laptop well what can i say ouch oops, thanks saw the youtube vid and it was clear. now just have to learn to dj been using mixmister bit of a diffrence.
