hey guys,
ive been trying out my hdjc air + and in the midst of scrathing i suddenly lost all sound in my right channel. is is possible i accidentally enabled some kind of mono function whilst scratching? does anyone knows how to solve this?
ive tested my headphone and speakers and theyre fine but a soon as i plug them into my controler i hear static in both ears while itll only play sound in my left channel.

1) Please check your Djuced 40 audio settings
and make sure you have standard stereo settings, and that the mono is not selected.
2) Please add details in your profile here, in the field "Describe your equipment": precise your computer brand and model, CPU, RAM, operating system (for example is it Windows 8.1 32-bit or 64-bit), precise your DJConsole driver package, and your release of your DJ software (as Djuced 40 2.0.97).
