help with dj4set

hi! 

i have a problem, yesterday i bought a dj4set. i use traktor for my mixes. the first time i used the dj4set it worked perfectly with traktor, i could change the decks so i could controll the 4 decks. but after that i installed the virtualdj le that came with the controller and now it doesnt work good with traktor, i cant change the decks for control the 4 decks, i can only use 2 and i cant either turn on the effects. im using the same midi map that i used the first time i connected the controller but now i doesnt work how it should. 

would anybody please help me im getting crazy
