hi guys i was so excited but it has now gone away due to fact when i try to analyse my music libary it goes at fine for 3 minutes then it says program has stoped working and crashes. i have cleared out programs done full registery sweep tidyed up my pc reinstalled drivers and software of djuced so many times i cant rememeber been to tech suport downloaded new driver updates and its still not working.
it did work on first day but that was before libary was analysed and i was testing it. i dont know what to do im eager to start training my self to dj and i cant even load up a libary.

Can you confim if you have deleted the folder C:\Users\YourName\Documents\DJUCED (if you are in Windows - it makes much sense describing in detail your computer in the "Describe your equipment" field)?
