hercues dj instinct and traktor problem

hi! im from argentina so please, be patience with my english. i bought an hercules dj instinct, i have traktor and the mapping from the official hercules website. yesterday everything works perfectly, but now when my console has the volume down, the volume song is up! only if i move a little down or up, the volume goes to normal again. and for example the headphones are always on, doesnt matter if i put on or off in the console, im always hearing the songs! what the f***?!

Can you look back at the audio configuration and make sure it is set as described in the document included with the mapping?
