hercules 4 mix + virtual dj 7 - jog wheel function problem

hello! 

i ve got a little problem. some times during working in virtual dj "the pitch function" of jog wheels turns into " browse files function" ..   so - just moving my jog wheel without pressing up down - it works like "browse files"!  how can i turn pitch function back

I use Virtual DJ 7  and hercules 4 mix Driver ( from package )

This is not very helpfull

Tell me the exact version of Virtual Dj 7, you can find this in config under info or advanced options.

For the driver version op the Hercules Dj Series Control Panel, go to about and you can find the exact driver package
