hercules 4-mx and turntables

if i wanted to connect turntables to the 4-mx, is the soundcard of the 4-mx adequate? do i need to make hardware and software changes/upgrades in order to connect some technics 1200s? 

The 4-Mx, being a DJ audio interface, was conceived specifically to accomodate any type of input source, from turntables to CDJs and iPod.

Simply select the source type using the switch on the back (Phone or Line), and the corresponding input level type under Input Channels in the DJ control panel.

Now, if you wish to use your turntables with timecoded vinyls with Virtual DJ, then you'll need to update to Virtual DJ Pro Full, which support this functionnality.
