hi
ive bought a hercules air plus, with the djuced 40 software cd included. ive tried to install the programm, through the cd, but when
i try to start the software, a windows prompt shows up and says "djuced doensnt work anymore". im using windows 10.
what would be the problem?

I would recommend using the latest version of DJUCED( v3.1.2, available from the link below) instead of the CD version which might be old:
thanks for the fast respone. but even then, de software gets the same error message.
Try the following:
- Uninstall DJUCED completly;
- Delete the DJUCED folder under Documents;
- Reinstall using the new installer file you've downloaded by doing a right-click and selecting "Install as Administrator".

- In "Hercules equipment in use", please check your Dj controller, (Here: DJControl Air Plus)
- In "Software in use", check your DJ software,
- In "Describe your equipment": describe your computer brand and model, CPU, quantity of RAM, version of Windows or 10, version of DJConsole Series driver package (is it 2016_HDJS_1?), version of DJ software.
2) Are there, in your folder C:\Users\yourname\Documents\DJUCED 40, one or several files
crash_data1.zip, crash_data2.zip, ...... crash_dataXX.zip?
