hercules controller air doesnt work with traktor pro 2

hello guys,

i have got some problem with traktor, my controller doesnt work with it ( i tried all of the mappings for air)
traktor get the signals from my controller, but it doesnt work with the mappings,
someone got a good mapping for me/ can help me ?
