hercules dj console 4-mx problem

hi!
i have problem with hercules djc 4-mx
the console is not properly detected by the system
windows 7 recognizes the djc 4-mx as unknow device (device manufacturer usb device - by haim eliyahu)

when i connect to the pc usb the mic led lights up and after a while goes out

what can i do with this issue??
