hi,
i recently bought hercules dj console rmx 2 premium. item received on 8th of december and first used today.
i found two problems:
1) when i increase or decrease the headphones volume, sometimes i get distortion on my headphones and sometimes not (its not the headphones, i tried 2 pairs of headphones).
2) even when i have the headphones volume turned down, i can still hear the song playing in low volume. are the above normal or should i return the product?
i test the controller with virtual dj 7.4 & virtual dj 8. is there any chance to have wrong settings in virtual dj or should i return the controller back as defective?
