my brother broke the crossfader of my rmx,now its working but not always,i clean the contacts but nothing..
where can i buy replacement parts?

How old is your unit? Is it still under warranty?
Otherwise I would suggest seeing if you can send it in to Kaysound to be repaired. Call them and see what you can do.
They are slow but you have time.
i buy it before 10-11 months but i have open it so i havent warranty :/

Contact Technical support, they might be abe to help, but the Rmx was not conceived with the possibility of easily replacing the crossfader.
i know how to change the crossfader,i just need the replacement part only :/
