hi! i boght the hercules inpulse controller but the jog wheel doesnt work as expected. if i stop the jog wheel it doesnt stop correcly and makes little starts… the same happens with serato dj pro and djuced. i also tried on another computer too…

I wonder if the controller is properly grounded (for capacitive touch detection to work, both the user and the controller must be grounded).
1) Can you connect the DJ controller to a USB hub (USB 2 or USB 3 hub) which has a power adapter, and connect the power adapter to a wall plug which you know is grounded?
2) Have you tried powering your MacBook on another power plug?
If your Macbook was delivered with the extension power cable, can you check if you get the same result when you replace the power adapter 2-pin europlug by the 3-pin plug cable

3) Have you tried connecting your DJ controller to another USB port of the MacBook?
4) Can you check if this occurs if you unconnect/reconnect the DJControl Inpulse 500 (the USB ground may be disturbed after leaving the Sleep mode)?
