Sorry but a technical forum if efficient for computer users who can write a detailed and organized technical information as
- computer brand & model,
- type of USB port,
- version of Windows,
- version of Hercules DJ drivers
- error message in the computer or in the DJ software when connecting the DJ controller,
- which LEDs light on or off.
If you can write these pieces of information, please answer in this discussion.
If it is too complicated, then it is better to contact Hercules technical support on
https://support.hercules.com/it/contact-it/ as if you talk to them by phone, they will ask you questions and will guide you to fix your issue.
