1) DJControl Instinct mapping for Traktor Pro 2.68 and higher is here, on https://support.hercules.com/en/product/djcontrolinstinct-en/ , in the section Mapping. The mapping files included in the zip file are DJ_Instinct_TP2_v268(PC).tsi and DJ_Instinct_TP2_v268(Mac).tsi.
2) To use this Traktor mapping file, make sure:
- you use Traktor Scratch Pro 2.68 or higher,
- your MIDI channel is set on MIDI channel 1 on DJControl Instinct control panel.
3) If you meet any technical problem, please fill your profile in clicking on "My Space"> "My Profile" http://www.herculesdjmixroom.com/en-us/account/informations/ .
You have 3 fields to list your equipment:
- In "Hercules equipment in use", please check your Dj controller, DJControl Instinct,
- In "Software in use", check your DJ software, Traktor
- In "Describe your equipment": describe your computer brand and model, CPU, quantity of RAM, version of Windows or Mac OS, version of DJConsole Series driver package, version of DJ software, version of preset file
If you give no information on your computer, your operating system, your version of Traktor Pro, your version of DJConsole series, which TSI preset file you have tried, the forum has not enough technical information to help you.
I downloaded the file ".tsi" and the message when I import the document: "The TSI-Configuration is not supported by this version of traktor"
As indicated by Maxdjack (and in the accompagning documentation), this mapping requires Traktor Pro 2.68 and higher. It will not work with older version. Looks like you may need to create you own MIDI configuration.
