i recently purchased a hercules mk2 console with a traktor 3 le software. i tried to use it when i was mixing using stereo headphones, but only could hear something on the "mix" channel, nothing on deck 1 and 2 channels.
any idea?

secondly, be sure that the audio configuration in traktor as as follow:
device: hercules dj console
channel settings:
master output
0 : output 1
1 : output 2
monitor output
2 : output 3
3 : output 4
