hello users,
i have a question abbout the hercules mk4 software.
if i download teh drivers from the hercules website, that he instal the hercules correctly.
but than he gif the warning connect al your hercules consoles,
so i connect my mk4 with my pc from usb 2.0
he is looking for the hercules mk4 on my pc, that he say instal the drivers this take a several minutes.
but than he pops out and give the screen instalation complete....
if i watch on my device management he gives the warning unknown device.
so he dousnt instal the correctly drivers.
so i hope people can give me the driver files, than i can instal the drivers manual.
than i mean the drivers from c:/windows/syteem32/driver
i hope one of you all wil help me!

Hi RCT3maniak,
This does not seem to be related to the Hercules driver but rather something in Windows, try installing your Windows updates, and chipset driver.
You could also try to install the MK4 on a different computer and see if it works.

Are you sure the unknown device is related to the Mk4 and not another component of your computer ?
Following the installation, this is what you should have in Device Manager:

As for performig a manual installation (if this is really necessary), all the necessary driver files are already copied to the following location:
C:/program files/Hercules/Audio/DJ Console Series/Drivers
