ive been using the hercules mk4 with traktor 2. downloaded the .tsi file and everything. the controller works for the most part. but this one problem has been preventing me from learning how to manually beat match. the jog scratch is way too sensitive. if i barely touch it or move it a millimeter in any direction, it skips through the track like 7 seconds. is there any way to change this? ive looked through all the settings in traktor 2. theres no way to adjust jog wheel sensitivity. that option only works if you are using one of the recognized dj controllers for traktor.
any help is appreciated.

I don't duplicate your issue.
I suppose you use the TSI file you use is (or is based on) the TSI file DJ_Mk4_TP2_v212.tsi for Traktor Pro 2.12 or later.
Please precise
- your version of Traktor Pro: is it 2.12 or later?
- are you in Windows or in Mac and in which release (for example Windows 7 64-bit Service Pack 1).
Please check your setting in Traktor Pro 2.12 or later: go in Preferences > Controller Manager menu.
The jog wheel sensitiviy setting is called Jog-Turn in Traktor, it is set as:
- Type of controller: Encoder
- Interaction Mode: Relative
- Rotary Sensitivity: 40%
- Rotary Acceleration: 17% .
