hercules mp3 2, the jogwheels wont work.

hello everyone.
i have a problem with my hercules mp3 2, the jogwheels.
long time ago i have to change the usb port of the console but now the jogs wont work, everything else works, less jogs.
install e sofware to test my midi ( midi monitor ).
all buttons and sliders work perfectly.

so the problem is ? ? ?

Do you mean the you have tested the DJ Control MP3 e2 with a MIDI monitor program and you found the jog wheels didn't work with this software while all the other buttons worked?
In case of technical problem, please precise your operating system, your computer (brand and model), and your DJ Control MP3 e2 driver (les derniers packages driver sont le 2014_HDJS_1 pour Windows et le 5.03 pour Mac).
