hercules not working with djuced

i just got me controler today, ive looked on the djuced fourms with no luck, the problem is that the program doesnt seem to find my controler and it doesnt let me do anything, all the ports work fine, any help would be amazing, i think it has somethign to do with the audio drivers tho, when i look under the device manager in the control panel i see the the dj devices with the aiso and bulk, but there is nothing under the sound, video and game controlers part. if anyone can help ill love them forever.
