hi guys, i need help. i just got the full version on virtual dj 7 pro. now i am trying to use my hercules rmx 2 with the vdj 7, but the lights on the rmx 2 dont light up (i.e. sound level lights). all the lights flash on when i turn it on...and it was working when i had the vdj le version. can someone help?
Should work just the same with VDJ PRO...at least it works here with v7.3
What audio configuration are you using ?
The audio config I am using is 1&2 Masters and 3&4 Headphones for the output. Soundcard is the ASIO HerculesRMX2. Hercules emailed me from tech support:
Regarding your DJConsole RMX2.
We would like to inform you that firstly you should upgrade and install the latest version of Virtual Dj Pro Full 7 which is version 7.3
This version has a complete mapping included in the software.
If already have this version installed, go to Config - Mappers in the left bottom corner of the screen there is a option called revert the mapper to factory settings, press this option and check if everything functions now.
You can also test the RMX2 with the LE version of Virtual Dj too see if the LED's work here.

I did all this and still the LED lights do not go on. They flash when I turn on my RMX2, and it did work when I first got it. I do have the latest on both VDJ and Hercules. So I have no idea what is going on. The funtions and sliders all work with the VDJ7, its just the LED like on the slider for the docks don't work.
