hello guys,
i have been given by a friend a hercules rmx in good shape but unable to work.
the device probably got stuck during a firmware update and is unable now to show up correctly in windows.
i tried to upgrade its firmware following the guide, and finally decided to go the manual way following this guide http://ts.hercules.com/faqs/eng/her_eng_00384.pdf but it gets stuck when it needs to flash the audio firmware. unfortunately, with the firmware update unfinished it does not work (not even as a controller only).
here is the error i get:
error updating controller part: 0x0000040b (fail unable to lock asio device) error updating audio part: 0x00400018 (unable to lock asio device (tusb update)) dj console rmx 6&2855fea4&0&0000 fw controller: 4 psoc fw audio: 32 full
how could this be solved? is there any tech support at hercules i could try contact for an answer?

Hi, I think I have the same problem... recently I downloaded a new driver from the Hercules-site. I hope this will resolve my problem.

I have the same problem. I think. I'm using a windows. I used the new drivers. But my lights keep flashing. Checked in device manager and everything is good. I don't know what to do. Someone got the answer?
