dear friends,
i just purchased a hercules dj console rmx and i have installed the latest drivers and software from the website.
i am using windows 7.
i open my virtual dj and the panel does show up under audio but not under controllers ! only keyboard and mpu401..
- when i connect my midi panel the software opens and detects the panel .
- in device manager it detects hercules dj console rmx asio / bulk / midi and under sound as hercules dj console rmx
- i use a powerd hub
- in device manager i ticked off the allow computer to turn off this device to save power
- in midi monitor the device detects and works
- the controllers lights stay off, when i put my headphone in and play a song with vdj i can hear my music .. just cant use the buttons
- only the mic on/off works
- i reinstalled with several different ways .. manual updater.. insert cable with mic on/off button etc etc ...
- opened vdj with administrator windows vista/xp ..
i dont know what to do next ..
who can help me out ?
