ive just received my hercules rmx2 and im affraid there is a strange behaviour concerning the jog wheels in traktor pro 2.6.2.
ive imported the .tsi file from hercules support and when a deck is stopped, spinning the jog wheel doesnt move the track. when the deck is playing no issues, when pressed i can scratch and using the rubber side i can make pitch bend, but when the decks are stopped i need to do pressure in the jog for being able to move in the track.
ive got other hercules dj products with sensitive jog wheels like the air+ and that doesnt happen, only in the rmx2.
any thoughts?
i feel is a mapping issue but comparing the mappings for the air+ and the rmx2 i cant find any differences in the jog wheel mapping.

There is indeed some issues with the Rmx2 mapping which are currently being adressed. An updated version should be available soon.
