i just bought the hercules mk4 from amazon, but i bought it used. i read something about hercules and software. does that mean hercules mk4 will not work without a special software first to install the drivers or something?
and also, will mk4 work with more than virtual dj, like tracktor or serato?
The DJ Console Mk4 is a MIDI controller/audio interface that needs to be installed on a computer in order to be used with a DJ software.
- To install the console, you can always get the latest drivers from the support site:

- As for the DJ software, the Mk4 was originally bundled with a version of Virtual DJ LE. However, since the original owner probably used the license and couldn't sell it with the console, you will need acquire another software.
