hercules universal dj lights flashing non stop

my hercules universal djs leds wont stop flashing like they do when you first plug them in

the head phone jack has stopped working ans so have the audio outputs
im using windows 10 on pc

it worked fine for months until a few days ago

ive tried uninstalling the drivers, restarting my pc and then re installing them but no luck

whats wrong ?

Did anything happen between the moment it was working and now ?

Can you look at the back of the controller and make sure the MODE switch is set to Laptop ?

Have you tried using another USB cable to connect the controller to the computer?
