hello!
so yesterday my controller was working fine, and all that, but today when i plugged it in my pc, i had trouble with: cue, sync, and play/pause bottons. they wont work at all, but lights up when i plug it in, and it does the light show when starting up.
so i was wondering what could the problem be, ive tried to reinstall the software, the drivers, but nothing works.

In My Space > My Profile, in the field "Describe your equipment", write
- version of Windows or macOS as Windows 11 22H2
- version of DJConsole Series driver package (as 2023_HDJS_2)
- USB : as USB type A, or USB-C, or USB Hub (as D-Link DUB-H7 USB hub+power)
- DJ software version as Djuced 6.0.2
- version of Hercules DJ driver (for example 2023_HDJS_2)
- version of Windows (for example Windows 11 22H2)
- version of DJUCED software (for example Djuced 6.0.2),
please check if someone can find these pieces of information to complete your technical profile.
2) Then 5 easy questions:
- Do you use the USB cable delivered with Universal DJ?
- Is the switch on the rear panel of Universal DJ set on Laptop Mode (Blue)?
- Has switching On and Off the Scratch Mode (key on top left of rotary browser knob) any impact on your issue?
- Is a track loaded on the deck where you have press on keys Play, Cue, Sync?
- If you use a recent version of Djuced, can you check in Djuced > Settings > Mapping if the Universal DJ mapping is use in not a Deck 3 and 4 mapping?
