i have a hercules 4 mx black and ots av dj,
it works well,but when the slide is down i cant hear
the next song on the other deck, and the gain
is not configurated,
please help!!!!???

To get some help, you would need to describe much more the issue you meet, for example explain what you mean: which fader is down, where can't you hear the other deck (in the master out (output 1-2) or in the headphones (output 3-4).
