cant seem to be able to locate the control/console for the rmx2. anyone have any suggestions? just purchased my rmx2 the other day and im feeling my way through things. thanks in advance for any help!

Are you in Mac OS or in Windows, and which version or Windows or Mac OS?
Getting answers to your technical questions requires that you take the time to give technical information.
In Windows 7, the control panel icon should appear in the notification area, unless you have made a setting preventing the display of this icon there.
You can find it in the folder C:\Program Files\Hercules\Audio\DJ Console Series\cpl2, its name is HDJSeries2CPL.exe.
In Mac OS, you can find the control panel in Applications > Hercules > DJSeries > DJRMX2
PS: you should complete your profile (My Space>My profile) in:
- checking the box of the DJConsole Rmx2 in "Hercules Equipment In Use",
- checking the box of the DJ software you use,
- describing your PC or Mac configuration in the field "describe your equipment".
