my laptops not reading the dj controller what can i do to make it work with the program?

You could start by proiding some details about yout configuration so we can know how to guide you
- Your computer specifications (brand/ model, processor type, amount of memory, operating system,etc);
- the Hercules DJ controler you are trying to use;
