installation fails

hello, i just upgraded from the hercules dj console rmx to the rmx2, when connected, for the first time, to my dell, windows 7, the installation failed. when i go to virtual dj it say that i.m not connected to the rmx2.
any ideas?

Could you be a little more precise as to when and how it seems to fail ?

Did you try installing the latest drivers (2014.HDJS.1) ?
