hello there, i have been using the hercules mk4 for the last 11 months and im very happy with it. the size is great cause i am backpacking around south america playing in all kind of places.
last week i got a new laptop since the one ive been using was to heavy. i got a nice ultrabook from samsung with a 2.gen i5 processor.
to install the drivers i went to the hercules website to get the newest version.
everything works excepted that when i change the settings to 24 bit it wont stick. it always changes back to 16 bit.
on my old laptop with works specs it was no problem. what is also curious to me is that it wont disable the input on 3-4 like it did before to enable 24 bit...
what should i do? should i uninstall the current driver and install the old version? i usually prefer to use the most up to date drivers. but 24 bit is a must for me since im playing often in big venues...
any help will be greatly appreciated

How long does it take a company to fix a problem? That's been a good 6 months since the last release. I guess I'll just have to create a technical thread to get a resolution.
Be patient, they are coming.
We've been waiting patiently enough for 6 months. Not to worry, I'll just keep posting what I discover.
