itunes not working on rmx2

hi folks, i recently bought the rmx2 and gradually getting used to it but when i try & play songs from my itunes it tells me its an unsupported format. im using djuced, is it something simple im doing wrong? i thought djuced worked with itunes?? any help greatly appreciated. cheers.

You need to open the software, meaning DJuced, and you have there the iTunes folder and click on the arrow in front of it and click on library or music. Just tested it and it works fine, let me know if you need more info on that.
