hi! ive just bought a dj control instict and installe djuced 1.0.5.2 in my macbook pro. (mountain lion. itunes 10.6.3) and everything work fine.
later ive installed the same version of djuced on a macbook pro of a friend ( lion . itunes 10.6.3) but, when running the software, the browser dont show the playlist under itunes. in other word : clicking on the section itunes in the browser i see -music -film - itunesdj ... and playlist. in the other mac i can see only music- film genius- ecc ecc , but not the section playlists..
anyone can help us out?!

In Djuced, when browing in iTunes library,
- I don't see a section playlists in iTunes,
- but I see directly the name of playlists created in iTunes at the same level as -music, -film, ....
I use iTunes 10.6.
The name of the iTunes playlist is displayed at the same level whether I used Djuced in Windows 7 or in Mac OS Mountain Lion.
DJUCED as other software seems to use the file USERNAME/Music/iTunes/iTunes Music Library.xml
For some reason the files cannot be updated and iTunes use another file to create its database.
The reason of this wrong file can be:
1) You do not install iTunes in the default folder, in this case the XML is "iTunes Library.xml" instead of "iTunes Music Library.xml"
2) The more common reason is that one of your song has bad characters in its tags.
To isolate this or those songs, you can create a new play list in Itunes and try to export this playlist in XML format.
If you include all the files from your Music, the export must failed, note that when it fails you do not receive any error message, but the file is not created.
So remove files one by one or more, (ex: all songs starting with A and try to export again, etc ... )
When you have isolated the file, have a look on its proprty under Itunes and check if you don't see a wrong caracters on some field like &$£
