i really like the jog wheels on the mp3 control but somthing that is niggling me a bit it that you can have the scratch mode where you can rewind the song with the jog wheel and control the pitch with the + and - buttons or you can take the scratch mode off and skip the song using the track buttons and use the pitch via the jog wheels but is there a way you can use the jog wheels to rewind the song and slow and speed the pitch at the same time? like a vinal deck?

This would require the jog wheel to be touch sensitive, which is not the case. Otherwise , the software has no way to know "how much pressure" your are applying on the jog (meaning how exactly are you affecting the pitch).
The BRAKE effect was introduced to try and simulate this sort of behavior, but it's obviously not the same thing.
