help me!!!!
i have a bad problem: after 1 hour of using, my new jogvision freezes. the music goes on and the lights keep on, but no keys or button (or jogwheels!) work! i have to disconnect power or usb:(
i use a pc desktop with win 10, with last edition of serato dj (trial) and last drivers.
how i can solve the freezing?

Did you notice if the problem occured after a specific operation (ex: load a new song, add an effect, etc) that can potentially be reproduced ?
All you song library was analyzed completly before you started mixing, correct ?
Were there any other applications or programs running at the same time as Serato that could use ressources and be a potential source of conflict ?
Is the Jogvision connected to the computer's USB port or are you using a USB hub?
Have you tried using another USB port/cable?
