Great news 🙂

I would like to know how you did it though?

My RMX arrived the day after I upgraded to Snow Leopard and the only way I can get the drivers installed is to view the package contents and delete the file called "installation check". However, once I install them and plug in the RMX, I can select it as a soundcard in the sound preferences but am unable to configure the RMX in  /Applications/Hercules/DJSeries/RMX/ControlPanel. I mean that I cannot select / move any of the buttons

It's really frustrating :'-(

I've had already installed Virtual Dj before i installed Snow Leopard so i would not lose any data.

so if i were you i would wait a couple of weeks for the new Drivers are there i had contact with hercules about this.
last week they said 2 of 3 weeks for te launch of the Snow Leopard drivers.

Thanks Dj Jeffvv,

I got a mail back from Hercules support today saying the same thing

I thought you had found a way around it 😉

Cheers

You cant instal the dj console on a clean snow leopard instal you have to instal snow leopard over your leopard installation than it wil work thats what i did.

so now its waiting for the drivers and then i make a clean Snow leopard instal.

*******UPDATE*******

Now that Hercules have the released the drivers, I have successfully installed m RMX and it works great 🙂

One question - Anyone know why the kill switches do not light up when you use them?

Thanks,
Aviator

Hello Aviator,

The kill buttons in the DJ Console Rmx don't light up when you use them because there is no LED in these buttons. If you see these kill buttons light up, the controller is not DJ Console Rmx, but DJ Control Steel (the controller with no integrated audio).
