i have the mic volume turned all the way down, when i push the mic on button, the volume is way too high. any tips on how to adjust the mic talk over sensitivity on the rmx2? thanks for any help!

Please provide the following information:
- Microphone brand and model;
- Are you connecting the microphone using an XLR cable or 1/4" jack?
- In the Rmx2 control panel, is Microphone selected as source for Input 1-2 ?
- Which DJ software do you use ?
If a microphone gain is available in the software's settings, did you verify that it was not set too high ?
