i am having an issues with my controller, when im mixing the crossfader in the software keeps shaking and moving on its own without me touching the crossfader in the controller. i tried to re-install the program and the driver but the problem still remain.. what can i do?
sorry for bad english. my controller is hercules dj control air s-series, the software is djuced 18º version 1.0.91 build 4199 and my os is windows 7 service pack 1.

It may be a hardware, a software, a firmware or a setting issue.
Do you know if once a liquid was spilled on your controller (as Coke, beer, ...)?
It may also come from dust on the crossfader internal tape, so can you pass a vacuum cleaner over the crossfader slot, to try to remove a potential particle on the crossfader tape.
No, i never drink near the controller so that's should not be the problem. But i will do what you said and pass a vacuum cleaner on the controller. And i will plug it in other computer to see if it happens the same. Thanks for the help, i will post here soon if i can solve the issue.
