is anyone successfully using mixmeister fusion with thrie hercules rmx console. if so, what is your configuration? im pulling my hair out trying to get this to work!
Did you read the manual and documentation beforehand?
For the audio:
- Open the Rmx Control panel and switch the audio mode to ASIO
- Launch Mixmeister (making sure any other audio software like VDJ or others are closed)
- From the Tool menu open Audio Output Configuration
- Click Advanced, then select Use ASIO
- From the main configuration window, select Dual Output
- Assign the Rmx ASIO Output 1&2 to to Main Output and Output 3&4 for Headphone
As for the the controller, from the Options menu, MIDI tab apply the following settings:
- Hardware Control : Hercules DJ Console Rmx
- Control template : Custom
- Click Customize then assign the various controls of the Rmx using the Learn button
Thank You! I never received documentation with my hardware but I did look through the downloadable version and I just couldn't arrive at the desired result.
That being said, everything works but the audio output is distorted, almost a wobbly sound, totally unacceptable. Any ideas?
